*Aflac Lump Sum Cancer:

• Lump sum cash benefits paid directly to you at the onset date of internal cancer.
• Choose from different lump sum amounts.
• Guaranteed-renewable until age 75.

*Aflac Lump Sum Critical Illness:

• Lump sum cash benefits paid directly to you at the onset date of a heart attack, stroke, paralysis, coma, end-stage renal failure, or major human organ transplant.
• Reoccurrence benefit
• Guaranteed-renewable until age 75.
